Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform's banking page at the time of transaction. Luck365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with prior notice where practicable.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Luck365 may require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals cannot be processed if Bonus Funds with outstanding wagering requirements are attached to the account balance unless those requirements are waived by the Player (which may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds).
Luck365 targets withdrawal processing within 3–10 minutes for standard requests via DuitNow and FPX. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, during scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
All account balances, bets, deposits, and withdrawals on Luck365 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by Luck365 are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus conditions set out in this Section apply.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any balance derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. All sports bets placed on Luck365 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition. Luck365 offers markets on Liga Super Malaysia, the FA Cup Malaysia, the EPL, La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other events. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of Luck365's trading team is final.
Bets may be voided in certain circumstances, including but not limited to: the cancellation or postponement of an event beyond the period stipulated in market rules; the incorrect publication of odds due to a manifest technical error; or circumstances where settlement cannot be determined with certainty. Voided bets are returned to the Player's account at the original stake.
Live casino games streamed on Luck365 are operated by third-party studio providers. The rules of each live game (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo) are those communicated by the dealer at the table. In the event of a studio disconnection or stream interruption, the outcome of any incomplete round will be determined in accordance with the studio provider's rules.

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting Luck365 customer support. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled, and remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to standard KYC procedures.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion directly through their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits or bets will be accepted. Luck365 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent self-excluded players from creating new accounts; however, the Player bears responsibility for not circumventing self-exclusion by registering new accounts.
